Vergence 1

You must be logged in with an In-clinic Play Account to play activities. To purchase, create a free clinic account, login, and visit the shop page.
Login to schedule patients.
This activity is designed to help gain increased control of Base In BI  and Base Out BO  Vergence.
 
1.  Choose target size S, M or L.
2.  View target wearing  Red/Green glasses red over right eye. , starting at Baseline default is set at zero.  and work in the Base In BI  direction by clicking left arrow. When you can no longer fuse the target, click BREAK. 
4.  Move the right arrow until you can once again fuse the target. Click RECOVERY to record the place where you fused again.
5.  Repeat to try to get the highest BREAK and RECOVERY scores you can. When you need a visual break, click END SESSION.
6.  Take a visual break.
7.  Repeat steps 1-5 above, but this time work in the Base Out direction BO  by clicking the right arrow, click BREAK when no longer fusing, and get your RECOVERY scores by clicking the right arrow. END SESSION when you have made as much improvement as you can without getting over-fatigued.

This activity is designed to train Vergence skills though repetition and small, steady improvement of range of motion-fusion and narrowing the gap between breaks and recoveries. Measurements in this activity are approximate. For more accurate diopter measurements, please consult your OD. Please review directions and activity with patients before assigning for home use, and tell them approximately how long to work their Base In and Base Out ranges, if you have goals for timing.
